Everything Bagel Roasted Cashews
Everything Bagel Roasted Cashews are full of that famous nutty savory flavor and is and perfect combination with the sweet cashew.
. This is the ultimate snack and very addicting , I honestly could not stop eating these. I had first tried these when at a specialty shop and they were super expensive but so good. I knew I could duplicate the flavor at home for a fraction of the cost and I did. I mean who doesn’t love the flavor Of Everything bagel seasoning? Mix it with a sweet cashew and you have an addictive snack you can not stop eating , these should have a warning label on them. I mean they are baked , not fried so that is a positive LOL.

Where is the ‘print’ icon? How do you print these recipes?
Hi Rita .. the recipe card on the bottom on the page it lined with a double lined rectangle. The top left hand corner has a small printer icon and you click on that.
The seasoning doesn’t stick and 10 mins is too long, cashews were too roasted.
I am sorry about the disappointment , some of mine came off as well. This is just the nature of roasting nuts with a dry seasoning , the flavors infuse. I hope you still enjoyed them . I did not this on the recipe card to avoid any confusion in the future , thanks for your feedback.
Very good. I bought a package at trader joes of mixed “everything bagel” seasoning nuts that were delicious, so used cashews, almonds + walnuts (what i had). I would next add any others might have on hand. I also should have thought to put parchment paper on the baking sheet. Do use as little oil as possible – it goes further that you’d think and the nuts have a bit of oil released as they roast. Per the review below – i actually had to continue to roast at 2 minute increments checking to get them where i wanted them. Thank you for the directions! I will definitely make again!
Thanks Cathy for taking the time to tell me about your experience. Now I want to make these nuts ! LOL
Please state if recipe starts with “raw” cashews or “roasted” cashews from the store.
Thanks,
Rita
I have never bought raw cashews and they are not as readily available as roasted cashews. I try to use ingredients that anyone can get at their local super market. This recipe calls for roasted unsalted or lightly salted cashews since there is salt in the seasoning . I updated the recipe card.
Thank you so much. Our grocery store had both in the bulk food section, so I didn’t buy any until I verified. Appreciate your prompt response. Rita
