When it comes time to slice the rolls place them in a sprayed pan leaving room for them to double in size.. Cinnamon rolls before baking

Once they have double in size place them in a preheated oven and let them bake for about 10-12 minutes . You want them to rise and set but not brown, if there is a little browning it’s ok though.

Hi there, after par baking my rolls collapsed while cooling. It seems mine have to be slightly more done to prevent this? Any tips or tricks? Also the center bun wasn’t fully done when the outer buns set, so another reason I par baked a little longer (18-20 minutes fully). Will this affect the finished product?
