Notes
Absolutely! Cheddar cheese is traditional but a variety of cheeses can be used .
Sealed in the fridge this should be good for about a week
You can adjust the jalapenos to taste or leave them out
Absolutely, I would start with one jalapeno diced . Add a little ad a time until the spice is to your taste .
Like everything else homemade is always 1000% better. You can buy a chocolate cake at a store bakery but when you make it yourself it is so much more delicious. The same is true with pimento and cheese. First off store bought rarely has cream cheese and this makes it so much more decadent . Then you can add different cheeses to suit your taste .
Pimiento Cheese is my favorite–a staple in our house! I love to use it for grilled cheese too, and this spicy jalapeno version is great like that!
Me and the bowl and a spoon! This is everything. SO tasty and perfect to also heat and pour over toast. So yummy!

The perfect way to use up that jar of jalapenos I’ve had in my fridge for too long haha! Perfectly spicy and cheesy, loved this dip on crackers!
This was excellent, – I added some chili flakes too and I grated the cheddar cheese on a small grater. It is an excellent way to please the crowd. I will definitely make this recipe again.
I am so glad you liked it !!

This cheese dip looks absolutely 💯 scrumptious. I love pimento and combined with the jalapeno and that cheddar is pure cheesy divinity! What a lovely dip to serve at a party or gathering. I am also thinking this would be a wonderful condiment for a burger, whether chicken, beef, pork or fish, this would definitely give a Venice zing! Yum 8
