Start by baking a cake as the box directs. Cool and crumble and then add the frosting and peppermint extracts.

Using a scoop make balls and place them on the freezer.

Melt chocolate of your choice in the microwave and add peppermint extracts.

Dip frozen cake balls in the chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
