Start by creaming together the butter, eggs, and both sugars. Beat until fluffy .

Add vanilla extracts and peppermint extracts.

Sift together the flour, dark cocoa , salt and baking soda. Add it to the creamed mixture.

Fold in chocolate chunks. Drop on baking sheet and bake .

Allow cookies to cool copletely.

Melt the white chocolate and add peppermint extracts. Dip half the cookie in the chocolate.

While the chocolate is still wet apply festive sprinkles and allow to dry.
