Old Fashioned   Turkey Gravy

   Turkey Dripping     are Gravy Gold.       Save them!

 Chicken Broth is a   good substitute. 

 In sauce pan melt 4 tablespoons of butter , add 1/4 cup of flour .  Cook until bubbly. Slowly whisk in drippings avoiding lumps. 

    Allow gravy to cook to  thicken up. Just like Grandma's gravy.
