These Reuben Egg Rolls have a creamy filling and is slightly sweet but balanced my the sauerkraut. Fried to golden perfection and good for any occasion !

Start by adding the filling ingredients to a bowl:  Diced Corned Beef Sauerkraut shredded cheese cream cheese 1000 island dressing  

Blend well with a hand mixer .

Place filling in the center and fold and seal like you would any other egg roll .

Heat oil to 375 degrees and fry until golden brown on each side.

Serve Warm with extra 1000 Island dressing for dipping.
