This is so simple all you need is: Chicken Breast  Fajita Seasoning  oil peppers and onions Rotel tomatoes  Limes

Cut up onions and bell peppers and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Pour a can of Rotel Tomatoes on top of the fresh veggies.

In a small bowl mix together the seasoning, oil , water and Lime juice.

Place the chicken breast on top of the veggies and pour the seasoning over it. Place the lid on top cook 3-4 hours.

When the chicken is done slice or shred the chicken.

Mix the chicken back with the veggies and serve on choice of tortillas.
