Make the chocolate whipped cream by beating all of the ingredients together with a wire whisk . Beat until firm peaks are formed and set aside
In another bowl beat together pudding mix and milk until smooth
Add 1 heaping cup of chocolate whipped cream and beat until smooth
Fold in 1 cup of Heath toffee bits
Pour mixture into a chocolate premade crust
Drizzle with chocolate syrup
Either pipe on or spread remaining chocolate whipped cream on top
Cover and chill for 3-4 hours
Right before serving sprinkle with a little extra toffee bits and chocolate drizzle if desired
