Thinly Slice the onions and place them in the bottom of a crock pot
Place the ribs on top of the onions
Slice Jalapenos and place sliced them on top of the meat
Reserve about 3-4 Tablespoons of BBQ sauce and set aside
Pour the rest of the BBQ Sauce into a bowl
Pour one cup of pineapple juice in the empty bottle of BBQ sauce and shake well, pour it into the bowl with the sauce
Add the chili powder, salt, pepper, red pepper, and vinegar to the bowl.
Mix well, pour sauce mixture over the ribs. Make sure the sauce gets to the bottom with the onions
Cook on high for 4 hours or low 8 hours
When done carefully place the ribs on a foil lined baking sheet
Bast the ribs with the reserved BBQ sauce
Place under the broiler on the top rack of the oven until they slightly get brown , mine took about 5-7 minutes on high
Serve with the cooked onions and jalapenos
