Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffing

  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese -room temp
  • 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

French Toast

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3/4 Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 slices of bread like Brioche or Texas Toast
  • 3-4 sliced strawberries
  • Powdered Sugar for dusting
  • Whipped Cream-optional
  • Butter to cook with


Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffing

  • Dice 1/2 cup of strawberries and in a small bowl mix in a tablespoon of granulated .
  • Let the sugar sit on strawberries for 10 minutes
  • In another bowl mix mix together the room temp cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Vanilla until smooth
  • Add Diced strawberries and mix well

French Toast

  • In a shallow dish beat together the two eggs, heavy cream, vanilla and sugar.
  • Evenly Distribute the cheesecake mixture 6 pieces of bread.
  • Sandwich two pieces of bread together and gently press them together making 3 sandwiches (Optional you can add extra sliced strawberries in the middle)
  • Heat a skillet up on medium heat with a little butter
  • Dip One sandwich at a time in the egg mixture coating each side and letting excess drip off
  • Cook on medium heat about 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown

To serve

  • Slice in half
  • Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar
  • Top with Whipped Cream
  • Can be served with a syrup of your choice
