Preheat oven to 275 degrees
Rinse ribs and pat dry
Remove the thin membrane on the boney side of the ribs
In a bowl mix together all of the dry ingredients and set aside
On a baking sheet place large enough piece of foil for the ribs , the foil will need to be large enough to seal at the top and ends
First place the ribs meat side down in the center of the foil and rub the 1/4 -1/2 of the seasoning mixture on the boney side of the ribs
Flip the ribs over and rub the rest of the mixture on the meaty side of the ribs
Seal the top and the sides of the foil by bringing it up and folding it over
Place the foil wrapped ribs on the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
After 3 hours pull the ribs out of the oven and carefully open the foil
In a bowl mix together BBQ sauce of your choice and 2 Tablespoons of honey
Brush BBQ sauce on the meaty side of the ribs
Broil on High for about 5 minutes or until the BBQ sauce is slightly caramelized
Remove them from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes
Slice the ribs between the bones.
