1Box Brownie MixFamily size see notes -I used an 18.3 oz box
1/2cupmelted butter*see notes
2Eggs-slightly beaten
1/2teaspoon esspresso powder* See notes ,optional
3/4 cupChocolate chips of your choice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl add the brownie mix , melted butter , beaten eggs , and the instant espresso . Mix Well.
Fold in chocolate chips and mix just until they incorporated
Using a cookie scoop or large spoon drop cookie dough on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes
Remove the cookies with a spatula and place them on a cooling rack to cool.
These are best served slightly warm

The half cup of melted butter can be replaced with vegetable oilThe espresso powder is optional and can be omitted Any Brownie mix will work as long as it is for a 9x13 pan, mine was 18.3 oz The dough will be slightly sticky but if you want it thicker you can add a little flour at a time until desired thickness
