Easy Peach Cobbler
This easy peach cobbler recipe is buttery and rich, a cross between a cobbler and pie. Amazing served with ice cream year round.

Reserve 1/3 cup of syrup ..see notes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the butter in a 2 1/2 -3 QT baking dish and place it in the oven until the butter is melted.
Place the drained peaches in a mixing bowl and add the reserved syrup.
In small bowl mix 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon . Pour it over the peaches .
Add the corn starch. Mix well and set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl add the Bisquick and sugar .
Add the milk and whisk together until it is smooth
Remove the dish from the oven once the butter is melted and pour the peach mixture over it .
Pour the batter on top of the peaches and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
Once the top is golden remove it from the oven and let it cool for 15-20 minutes .
Serve warm with ice cream if desired

If you can not find the larger can of peaches you can use 2 cans of the 15.25oz peachesĀ
