Ingredients
  

  • 4 TBS butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box Quaker oatmeal squares-Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups peacan halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  • In a large mixing bowl combine cereal and pecans
    1 box Quaker oatmeal squares-Brown Sugar , 2 cups peacan halves
  • Over medium heat melt butter . Add brown sugar , cinnamon and corn syrup . Stir until melted
    4 TBS butter , 1/2 cup brown sugar , 1/2 cup light corn syrup , 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Once it comes up to a slow bubble add baking soda and vanilla , let it cook a about 1 minute
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pour over cereal mixture and stir until everything is coated
  • Spread over a large parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake in the 250 degree oven for 1 hour sirring every 15 minutes
  • Store in a sealed container .
