Brioche French Toast

  • Sliced Brioche Bread
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • butter for cooking


  • Whip the cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla together in a shallow dish until blended well
  • Heat skillet up on medium heat and melt butter
  • Dip sliced brioche bread in the cream mixture coating both sides
  • Place coated bread in the preheated skillet
  • Flip bread after a few minutes , getting a nice golden brown on each side
  • Serving suggestions..whipped cream, maple syrup, fresh fruit , powdered sugar
