2 Tablespoons SplendaOr Sugar substitute of your choice
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
14-16ozBag of Coleslaw Mix
In a small mixing bowl combine the mayo , apple cider vinegar , milk , Splenda, salt and pepper.
Whisk together until everything is blended .
Place the coleslaw mix in a large mixing bowl and pour the dressing over it .
Mix together well . Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving .
Store in a cover container in the fridge up to 3 days .
This may not seem like enough dressing but once it chills and it produces it's own water, this coleslaw is perfectly creamy. This is best made a few hours before serving If this sits and gets watery I recommend draining off the extra liquid
