granulated sugar

light brown sugar

cinnamon

Teaspoons
vanilla

water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
In a Large mixing bowl mix the egg whites, vanilla and water . Beat until frothy with a hand mixer .
Gently fold in both sugars and cinnamons into the egg white mixture
Add the almonds to the bowl and coat them well
Pour almonds onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer
Bake the preheated oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
After 1 hour and 15 minutes removes the almonds from the oven and stir to make sure all the nuts are broken apart . Let cool completely
Store in an air tight container for 2 weeks at room temp or up to four weeks in the fridge .
Notes
This is a good basic recipe to candy any nuts .
