Candied Cinnamon Almonds

What you will need to make Candied Cinnamon Almonds :
- Almonds
- cinnamon
- egg whites
- granulated sugar
- brown sugar
- water
- Vanilla
- Hand Mixer or wire whisk
- Mixing bowl
- Parchment Paper
- Large Baking Sheet

Let’s Make Candied Cinnamon Almonds !

Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper . In a large mixing bowl beat eggs whites, vanilla and water . Beat until frothy with a hand mixer .

Fold in both sugars and cinnamon .

Add the almonds and coat well

Spread in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet . Baked for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven stirring every 15 minutes

Once done make sure none of the almonds are sticking to one another and let cool completely.

Ingredients
- 4 cups almonds (unsalted) or your favorite nut
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoon s cinnamon
- 2 Large egg whites
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a Large mixing bowl mix the egg whites, vanilla and water . Beat until frothy with a hand mixer .

- Gently fold in both sugars and cinnamons into the egg white mixture

- Add the almonds to the bowl and coat them well

- Pour almonds onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer

- Bake the preheated oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes

- After 1 hour and 15 minutes removes the almonds from the oven and stir to make sure all the nuts are broken apart . Let cool completely

- Store in an air tight container for 2 weeks at room temp or up to four weeks in the fridge .

Notes
If stored at room temp they are good in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks . In the fridge up to 4 weeks .
Yes , you can use any nut for this recipe . Just make sure the nut is not salted .
Yes you can add what ever spiced you like to bake with like nutmeg or all spice
