Cookie Butter Rice Krispie Treats

These Cookie Butter Rice Krispie Treats are ooey gooey goodness . They are crunchy with bits of cookies and the rice flavor a cookie butter .

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Cookie Butter any brand
  • 10 oz Mini Marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup Biscoff Cookies roughly chopped
  • 6 cups Rice Crisps Cereal any brand
  • 1 Tablespoons cookie butter to drizzle over the top

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a 9x13 pan by spraying it with cooking spray . If you want to lift the entire thing out you can do a parchment hammock as I did .

  • In a large pot melt together the butter and cookie butter over medium heat

  • Add the marshmallows and melt until smooth
    In a large pot melted butter , cookie butter and mini marshmallows
  • Mix in chopped cookies
    Chopped biscoff cookies added to the melted mixture for cookie butter rice krispie treats
  • Stir in rice cereal and mix until coated well
    Rice crisp cereal added to the melted mixture in a large pot for cookie butter rice krispie treats
  • Press into the prepared 9x13 pan

  • Melt the cookie butter in the microwave and drizzle over the top .

  • Allow to cook and then cut into 15 squares

Notes

I used Wal-mart brand cookie butter , rice crispy cereal , mini marshmallows and butter . My results were great while using the cheaper brand 
These are good for 3-4 days in a sealed container
