Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Fresh Cranberries
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small shallot chopped
  • 2 medium jalapenos deseeded and chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 medium Limes-juice only juiced

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor add the cranberries , sugar and salt

  • Blend until the cranberries are chopped well

  • Add the jalapenos and shallot to the food processor

  • Blend until the shallot and jalapeno is chopped well

  • Add the cilantro and juice of 2 limes to the food processor and blend until the cilantro is chopped well

  • This can be served immediately but it is better after it chills for a 5-6 hours or overnight
  • Serve with chips or crackers

Notes

If you don't like cilantro this relish would still be good without it , just omit it 
This is good in a sealed container in the fridge for 5-7 days
