1 15 oz Can of Pumpkin Puree 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1/2 cup apple juice or cider
In a slow cooker add the pumpkin, cinnamon and pumpkin spice. Mix well
Stir in the apple juice
Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours
Give it a stir after an 1 1/2 to prevent the sides from burning
It is done once it is a deep brown color
Let cool and place in jars
Can in a regular fashion or Refrigerate for up to a month
This recipe can be canned in a regular fashion
If canning I recommend at least doubling this recipe
