Can these cookies be frozen ?

Yes , you can either make the dough balls and freeze them or freeze cooled cookies in an air tight container for 2-3 months

How long are these good for ?

These cookies are have no preservatives so after 2-3 days they start tasting not so fresh . You can prolong the life by storing them in the fridge for 2 weeks

How can I make my cookies look like they are from a bakery?

First use a cookie scoop so they are all the same size . The put reserved M&Ms and chocolate chips on the top of the dough balls before baking .

Do I have to use parchment paper ?

Yes and no. I highly recommend using parchment the only other option is using a reusable silicone baking mat . Everything bakes better on parchment paper
