Have you ever heard of Tiger Butter? It is really a cross between being fudge like and a candy or bark . This is decadent but not quite as rich as a fudge but not as hard as a bark . It combines the classic combination of Peanut Butter and chocolate . Every holiday season my family expects this to be one of the treats I make. I originally posted this recipe on Just a Pinch 2010 but I have altered the recipe a little since then and put less chocolate , Tap HERE to see it . What you will need to make Tiger Butter :
- Vanilla Almond Bark
- Chocolate Almond Bark
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- 9×13 pan
- Wax Paper
- Rubber Spatula
- Microwave safe mixing bowls

Let’s Make Tiger Butter !

Place vanilla almond bark in a microwave safe bowl melt according to the directions . Once it is all melted add the peanut butter .

Stir until it is all incorporated .

Pour the Peanut Butter Mixture into a pan lined with wax paper .

In a clean bowl melt the chocolate bark according to the packages directions .

Drizzle the chocolate over the peanut butter mixture .

Swirl the chocolate into the peanut butter mixture . Now let the mixture set up . I find putting it in the fridge for a few hours works best .

Once set up remove from the pan with the wax paper and cut into squares .

Ingredients
- 1 16oz Creamy Peanut Butter
- 24 oz Vanilla Candy bark
- 16 oz Chocolate candy bark See Noted
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl melt the vanilla candy bark according to the packages directions . Line a 9×13 pan with wax paper

- Add the peanut butter the the melted vanilla

- Mix thoroughly

- Pour into a 9×13 prepared pan lined with wax paper

- In a separate bowl melt the chocolate bard

- Park the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture

- Swirl the chocolate into the peanut butter using a butter knife . Put in the fridge to firm up . This will take a little while , I usually let it sit over night

- Once it is set up remove it from the pan using the wax paper and cut into squares .
