Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray your mini muffin pans. Mix the cookie dough according to the packages directions . The dough will be stiff but that is normal .

Using a one tablespoon scoop form balls and place them in the muffin wells . Bake 10-12 minutes . Unwrap the Reese’s cups while they bake

Remove the pan from the oven and carefully place an unwrapped Reese’s cup in the center of each cookie.

Allow the cookie to cool completely in the pan before removing .

Ingredients
- 17.5 oz Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 24 Mini Reese cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray
- Mix the cookies mix with the egg, oil and water. Mix until combined
- Scoop out about 1 Tablespoon of dough and shape them into balls
- Place cookie dough balls into the prepared mini muffin pan .
- Bake 10-12 minutes
- While the cookies are baking unwrap 24 mini Reese's Cups.
- Remove the pan form the oven and press a mini reese's cup in the center of each cookie while the cookie is hot .
- Allow to cool in the pan . Once cooled remove from the pan .
