Let’s Make some Cookies !

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray your mini muffin pans. Mix the cookie dough according to the packages directions . The dough will be stiff but that is normal .

Using a one tablespoon scoop form balls and place them in the muffin wells . Bake 10-12 minutes . Unwrap the Reese’s cups while they bake

Remove the pan from the oven and carefully place an unwrapped Reese’s cup in the center of each cookie.

  • 17.5 oz Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 24 Mini Reese cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray
  • Mix the cookies mix with the egg, oil and water. Mix until combined
  • Scoop out about 1 Tablespoon of dough and shape them into balls
  • Place cookie dough balls into the prepared mini muffin pan .
  • Bake 10-12 minutes
  • While the cookies are baking unwrap 24 mini Reese's Cups.
  • Remove the pan form the oven and press a mini reese's cup in the center of each cookie while the cookie is hot .
  • Allow to cool in the pan . Once cooled remove from the pan .

These are great !! I put Christmas sprinkles on top while the chocolate was still warm. Adults and kids loved these cookies.
