Peppermint Bark

Three pieces of peppermint bark stacked next to a candy cane and a plate of them

Peppermint Bark is a Christmas candy with a layer of dark chocolate then creamy white chocolate . The top is dusted with refreshing minty candy canes, this is the taste Christmas .  The one candy I look forward to every holiday season is peppermint bark.  Once of my favorites is the one Ghirardelli makes but over the years it has gotten a little pricey. It occurred to me I could totally make this using their melting wafers. Let me be the first to tell you this is just as good and you get a big bag of this candy but a fraction of the cost . This candy would be perfect for gift giving or even a hostess gift for holiday parties. If you like this recipe give these Dark Chocolate Mint Cookies a try.

So easy and delicious! 25 minutes from measuring out ingredients to putting in fridge. I’ve never made barks before because it seemed difficult. This was easy, quick to make, and very minimal clean up!
