This simple fail proof cupcakes start with a   cake mix with a few extra ingredients.

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well.

Line 24 cupcake wells with paper liners and spray them with baker's joy. Fill all 24 with the batter and bake for 20 minutes

While the cupcakes are baking beat together the butter and powdered sugar. Add maple extracts and milk . Beat until nice and smooth and creamy

  Get frosting ready to pipe or spread on and grab your favorite fall sprinkles .
