Cinnamon Butter
This three ingredient cinnamon butter is simple but so delicious, it has the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. A hot southern buttermilk biscuit straight out of the oven with this freshly made cinnamon butter on it is just pure heaven in my books. My little obsession with cinnamon can be out of control at times , I even sprinkle it in my coffee. I have bought many brands and many types , Siagon Cinnamon is the best hands down. It is rich and fragrance and really gives anything you make with is a punch of cinnamon flavor. Most grocery stores have some type of brand , it is a little more expensive but try it once and you will be hooked.
I have been making this butter for several years and a small container of it can be found in my fridge at any given time. You are probably wondering what you would use this butter for. Below I will list a few things I enjoy this condiment with. Pretty much anything you put butter.
What does this butter go with?
- Buttermilk Biscuits
- Hot Rolls
- Pancakes-Like my Pumpkin Apple Pancakes
- Waffles
- French Toast
- Smeared on sweet breads like Banana Breads
- Baked Sweet Potatoes
- Oatmeal or any hot cereal
- Toast
- Steamed Carrots

First off thanks for the comment!! Marlie since you did not leave a real email and I can’t email you directly I will address your comment here. If you would kindly take the time and read the About me(find it here ) section I never claim to be a writer . I can cook and I am not a great writer, but I get by. I did a quick check and google loves the way this post is written and unfortunately that’s what matters in the blogging world. By the way I looked over this 4 times and had my husband looked over it. I never found the spelling mistake of “Toost” anywhere. Happy cooking , Debbie
