- 1/3-1/2 cup honey According to how sweet you like it
- 2 Tablesppons Pineapple Juice Reserved from the canned pineapple
- 1 TBSP Lemon Juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Mint minced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl gently toss together the strawberries , grapes , blackberries , blueberries , pineapple , and oranges .2 cups strawberries , 2 cups red grapes, 10 oz Blackberries , 1 cup blueberries , 20 oz Pineapple Tidbits , 15 oz Mandarian oranges
- In a seperate bowl whisk together the yogurt , honey , pineapple juice , lemon juice and zest, and minced mint. I recommend adding 1/3 cup of honey if you like it sweeter add up to a 1/2 cup .1 cup Plain Yogurt , 1/3-1/2 cup honey, 2 Tablesppons Pineapple Juice , 1 TBSP Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest , 1 Tablespoon Mint
- Pour the sauce over the fruit and gently toss until all of the fruit is coated
- Cover and chill for 1 hour
- This is optional but you can sprinkle a little extra mint ontop right before servingMint leaves for garnish
