- powdered sugar

Let’s Make Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies !

Start by beating the eggs and oil together .

Add the cake mix and mix until a dough forms .

Scoop out desired cookie size and form a ball

Roll around in powdered sugar coating it liberally

Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for9-11 minutes .

Let Cool in the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool

These cookies are the perfect addition for your holiday cookie tray or even Valentine’s day.

Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 15.25 oz Red velvet cake mix
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

- In a mixing bowl beat together the oil and eggs

- Add the cake mix and mix with a rubber spatula until a dough forms

- Use a cookie scoop and scoop out a portion of dough and form a ball

- Roll the dough ball in powdered sugar and coat well

- Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart . Bake in a preheated oven for 9-11 minutes

- Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes

- Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.

- Store in a sealed container for 4-5 days .
