Vanilla Crown Royal Whipped Cream

Vanilla Crown royal Whipped cream in a bowl

I am obsessed with experimenting with different flavors in whipped cream. This Vanilla Crown Royal Whipped Cream has become a new favorite. I actually created this for a boozy pecan pie that I miserably failed at but decided to still share the whipped cream. Why? Because it is AWESOME! I have been putting a little dollop of this on anything that will sit still. It is fabulous on my Brioche French Toast .  It is also great on pie ,this one has a touch of whiskey in it and the flavor combination is a dream, Maple Walnut Pie from Vintage Kitty.

Making homemade whipped cream is so much better than the store bought stuff. With a few tips you will be enjoying homemade whipped cream and will never go back to the store bought stuff again.

Chilled mixing bowl and whisk

Place mixing bowl and wire mixing whisk in the freezer for at least 1 hour . Remove the bowl and attach the whisk to mixer

adding powdered sugar to cream

tiny bottle of vanilla crown royal

Pour one cup of cold heavy whipping cream into the cold mixing bowl and add 2 Tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Like that little bottle, kinda nifty huh? When I am playing around with flavors I always buy the tiny travel size bottles .

all the ingredients in a chilled bowl

Then add 1-2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Crown Royal. I suggest adding 1 tablespoon at first and adding another later.

beating cream on medium speed

Start beating on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Stiff peaks are forming in cream

Once the soft peaks form turn your mixer to high until firmer peaks are formed.

Once stiff peaks are formed it’s ready, careful not to ever mix or you will have butter.

We love making our own whipped cream, and like you, we put it on just about anything 🙂 . The vanilla Crown Royal must give such a delicious flavor! Will try it for sure!

Homemade whipped cream is the only way to go. I’d rather go without than eat canned. How do you get the cream to look so perfect? Do you use a piping bag and tip? This is going to be delicious on my french toast.
