Orange Bundt Cake with Orange Glaze
The past couple weeks I have gained ownership of several Nordic bundt pans. Let me tell you, I am in love !! If you bundt cake lover , do yourself a favor and purchase just one . You will never want to bake in any other pan.
This Orange cake with Orange Glaze came about because I needed a quick dessert to bring to my husband’s family Christmas dinner. My husband comes from a very large family and my daughter was a little shocked she was added to the list of adults to bring a dish. After all she is only 22 and living on her own, LOL. This is the cake we brought on her behalf. I only snapped a few pics thinking this cake is pretty and will do as an extra dessert. Well, this cake was AMAZING and needed to be shared. I will be baking this again ..soon very soon.
