Summer is officially here and that means it is time to barbecue. Whether you are cooking for just your family or going to your neighbors to BBQ and visit cooking outdoors is a must. My husband comes from a large family and the summer pot lucks are always so much fun . A few of the men are assigned to grilling the meat and the rest is tables as far as the eye can see of appetizers, side dishes , breads and desserts.
