Cinnamon Roll Casserole
This quick Cinnamon Roll casserole is easy to make and will wake everyone up with the sweet aroma of cinnamon rolls baking in the oven. This ooey gooey delicious casserole is made with minimal ingredients and is perfect for a weekend brunch .
You would have to be living under a rock to have not seen the viral hack on TikTok of pouring heavy cream over cinnamon rolls to make them ooey and gooey. This casserole uses that principle and is so delicious. I made this Christmas morning last year and there wasn’t a morsel left , my family ate it up. I made sausage balls with it and it was the perfect salty and sweet combination.

- 2 Cans of 8 count cinnamon rolls – I like the ones with cream cheese frosting
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Butter
- Cinnamon
- Brown Sugar
- Cooking Spray
- 9×13 Baking dish

Variations for this recipe :
- This recipe can be cut in half and made with on can of cinnamon rolls and baked in a 8×8 baking pan
- Pecans or Walnuts can be sprinkled over the top before baking for a nice crunch and nutty flavor
- Raisins or dried cranberries can be added to the top for a nice sweet pop of flavor
- If you don’t like the canned frosting you can make your own
- Add a can of apple pie or peach pie filling to make this extra decadent
Let’s make Cinnamon Roll Casserole :
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray . Cut each cinnamon roll in fourths and line the baking pan with them.
Here is the hack that makes ooey gooey goodness. Pour 3/4 of cup of whipping cream over the cinnamon rolls .
In a small bowl melt together the brown sugar , cinnamon and butter . Pour it evenly over the cinnamon rolls .
Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes . Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes .
Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to set for five minutes. Microwave the icing for a 10-15 seconds and pour it evenly over the casserole .

Ingredients
- 2 cans Refrigerated Cinnamon rolls with Cream Cheese icing 8 count each -not the grands
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 5 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking Spray and preheat your oven to 350 degrees .
- Cut each roll into 4 pieces
- Spread them evenly along the bottom of the prepared pan .
- Pour the heavy cream evenly over the cinnamon rolls
- In a small bowl melt the 5 Tablespoons of butter . Stir the brown sugar and cinnamon
- Pour the brown sugar mixture evenly over the cut cinnamon rolls
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes . After 20 minutes remove the foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top
- Once the cinnamon rolls are done melt the icing in the microwave for a few seconds and pour it over the top of the cinnamon rolls .

You can use one can of cinnamon rolls and cut the rest of the ingredients in half . Bake is the same amount of time in an 8×8 baking dish .
This can be stored at room temp in covered dish for up to 3 days . Just heat up induvial servings in the microwave .
